Greater Portland area home prices continued their rise as found in Case Shiller’s home price report.
Portland metro home prices rose 1.6% in the last month tabulated. That was slightly down from the prior month increase of 1.9%. Over the past year, Case Shiller reports a 12.2% annual increase in Portland area home prices.
